Dr. Zakka, ADC Governorship Candidate Commends Nasarawa State Citizens

The People of Nasarawa State have been commended by Dr. Zakka Zaggi Rabo (Group Captain, Rtd), the Governorship Candidate of African Democratic Congress (ADC) for their peaceful conduct during last Saturday's elections in the state.

Zakka in a press statement issued in Lafia on Monday, 13 April, 2015, said the citizens of Nasarawa State by turning out massively to vote for the candidates of their choice in the Governorship and House of Assembly polls have shown that they have imbibed democratic culture.

He further thanked his teeming supporters in the state for having faith in him and casting their votes for him during the elections. The ADC Governorship Candidate urged those who voted for him to accept the outcome of the elections as power and leadership is from God.

Zakka congratulated Alhaji Tanko Almakura of the All Peoples Congress (APC) for his victory at the polls and also urged him to carry all segments of the people of Nasarawa State along as he governs the state.

He called on media houses in Nasarawa State to always report events truthfully and without biased as news reports concerning last Saturday's in the state were distorted and biased against the ADC.
